With over 60,000 sq. ft. of water adventures, Coco Key Water Resort offers an authentic Key West experience. From thrilling water slides, an activity pool, dip in theatre, adventure river, indoor/outdoor spa, interactive play island, outdoor splash pad, snack bar, lounge, arcade, cabanas, birthday parties, group events, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

The name "Coco Key", along with the décor and atmosphere, reflects Key West's tropical appeal where the region is known for its constant sunshine, clear seas and welcoming tropical environment. Coco Key Water Resort captures the relaxation of the Keys and the enchantment of the islands. From a walk to Rusty's Dive Shop to the Coral Reef Cavern, to the outdoor dining on Duval Street and amazing sunsets viewed from Mallory Square, you experience the true amazement of Key West. Brightly colored cabanas, swaying palms, fragrant hibiscus, native artwork, thatched roofs… all await you during your visit to Coco Key Water Resort.

"Coco" is the Water Resort parrot that will be brought to life as the mascot. Coco is a key component in completing the tropical water resort experience for adults and children of all ages. Coco will make his home inside the water resort and looks forward to all his friends who will visit. Coco loves to interact with everyone and can't wait to take pictures with everyone, attend birthday parties, appear at special events and meet you!

• Parrot's Perch - Play Structure: An Interactive Play Island with slides for younger children, zero depth entry area, water cannons, and a huge bucket that dumps hundreds of gallons of water every few minutes
• Coconut Grove Adventure River: A tube ride through the water island with splashy coconut surprises along the way.
• Dip in Theatre Children's Pool: Shallow water to float in while enjoying movies and animation on a movie size projection screen
• Coral Reef Cavern: Activity pool that features lily pads, water basketball and an animated coral reef backdrop
• Palm Grotto Spa: Giant indoor/outdoor whirlpools, offering more mature guests a tropical haven to relax
• Outdoor Splash Pad: Cascading towers of water to cool off after enjoying the large outdoor tanning deck.

• Cabanas: Five uniquely decorated and thatched cabanas that can be individually sold for the day. Includes private poolside cabana, tv, refrigerator, lockable safe, and private butler service.
